You know, sometimes you have a character that’s so popular and drawn so many times that you kind of forgot how and why the original artist made it look so inspiring in the first place. Does that make sense? Anyway, just mentioning it because this is a ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS picture from Huke on deviantart (I can’t believe he actually has a deviantart account either). On a related note, the Black rock shooter will be available for free on the internet (legally), I’m still looking forward to it and hoping that it’s not like the second season of Haruhi all over again.

This was the original? I really want to know how this phenomenon started. I kinda caught on that it’s a fan made art/music with Hatsune Miku and ended up big that there’s an anime for it. But how the heck did it all start?
It started with Huke drawing a random character, then Ryo seeing that character and deciding to make a song for it, then Huke collaborating to make a music video which became popular.
I love huke, but I love a lot of the fanmade BRSs as well–sometimes more. I mean, some artists dedicate their whole gallery to BRS, and they’re really good.
