Naruto 429 – Pain

Pein the biggest crybaby on the planet.

So last week, I was all WTF over Konohamaru whipping out the Rasengan like that.

This week I’m all WTF about Pein because if Madara is more powerful than Pein then going by the events of the most recent chapter, the ninja world is fracking doomed.

And another older, elite shinobi gets punked.

So after mind raping Shizune and finding out that Naruto is with the frogs Pein decides he has no reason to stick around Konoha.

Now get back to bed Mister, its far too late for you to be watching t.v.

But as we know Tsunade is not one to take attitude thrown her way, lightly and calls Pein on his bullshit saying the great nations have also known suffering.

This ignites the fury of Pein, who decides that the villages have had it too sweet what with all their stupid peace and all.
In his opinion they haven’t suffered enough, he thinks they need:

“to feel pain, to think about pain, to accept pain, to know pain.”

And that speech is just the biggest load of hypocritical bullshit considering how just a few lines earlier he was telling us that:

“war brings pain, death and injury to both sides.”

In which case Konoha certainly has seen pain, felt pain and therefore knows pain.
I mean fuck, it wasn’t long ago that their beloved Hokage was murdered and their village needed serious rebuilding after the death and destruction wreaked upon it by Orochimaru and his allies.

Basically Pein is just like that whiny bag of wuss Shin from Gundam Seed Destiny.
War came and rained all over his parade when he was a kid and now he’s going to indiscriminately blame and attack everyone because no-one else can possibly have suffered the way he has.

BOO FRICKEN HOO!

Grow up, suck it up and grow a pair you pathetic excuse for a ninja and learn to live in the real world.

So deep down Pein is actually a hurt little boy who naively thinks that if Akatsuki controls the world then there will be no more Pain, or at the very least he will be the one to inflict it, not suffer it. But by his own words his plan is futile.

“if you kill someone, someone else will kill you.”

There will always be someone stronger or at the very least resistance to occupation.
Even if Akatsuki were to take control it would be an endless cycle, with someone wanting Pein to suffer just like Pein has made them suffer.

Yep, that’s Konoha, not much left for Sasuke to have a go at now is there.

But that means little to Pein as he executes a jutsu which literally crushes Konoha to nothing.
Again I say WTF? Pein’s power level is basically ridiculous at this point.
We learn from Konan that the technique shortens Pein’s lifespan, but even then this is still just STUPID!

Even leveled up to Sage Level, how in the hell does Naruto even begin to stand a chance against power like that?

YAY Sakura survived!

And just think of poor Sasuke, Pein, now you’ve robbed him of his revenge.
Well mostly, there are survivors, Sakura for one calls out for Naruto to return to them as she sits amongst the rubble.
She’d been healing as many as she could at the hospital and was protected by a slug when the jutsu hit.

And the frogs finally get a clue.

Lucky for her Naruto is on his way since the frogs noticed their comrade’s name had disappeared from their list meaning he must have died.
About freakin time, although its come a bit too late for the citizens of Naruto’s beloved village.

So I’m gonna assume others were protected by the slugs, but what does that mean for Tsunade?
What about Danzou, most importantly WHAT ABOUT KAKASHI????
