Haibane Renmei is surely the best anime series that people never get around to watching. Fantastic story, but it’s incredibly hard to get someone interested in it without outright spoilers. It looks so slice-of-life and full of cuteness at the beginning that those who would truly love the depth and intensity of the full story don’t give it a try.
All you can do is say, “Hey, trust me. It’s wonderful.”
